Talk about dreamy! Designing this cloud birthday party for our daughter’s 1st birthday was a dream come true for me. From the large DIY plastic tablecloth backdrop, the whimsical cloud table settings, and the hot air balloon centerpieces, it was a a party filled with DIY projects.
